Refund policy


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in original condition within 10 days of delivery. 

We will notify you to confirm your refund upon receipt of the returned goods, and you may expect a either a replacement product or a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchases within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which would have been emailed out to you when you purchased.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and an online payment will be made into your account within 7 business days of the customer providing their bank details. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged goods will be returned and replaced at our cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
