Yes, online follow-up consultations via Telehealth or Phone are available for existing patients whom we have seen in-person at least once. 

We do not have online consults with new patients available, as we prefer to work in-person initially as we're getting to know someone. 

We believe clinical assessments are far more accurate when working with someone in-person, and developing a therapeutic foundation for healing also works better face to face.

The cost of herbs varies widely, and is additional to the prices below. 

Please allow another 15 mins to the time frame given below, for us to make up your medicines. These prices are the same whether online/phone or in person. 

Initial Consultations (in-person only)

Initial Consultation 75 minutes  $150

Initial Consultation (Express) 45 minutes $95

Initial Child Consultation 30 minutes in person appointment with child and caregiver/s. $65

Follow-up Consultations

Follow-up 45 minutes $85

Short Follow-up 30 minutes $65

Long Follow-up 75 minutes $120

In-person appointments: payment is made the same day of your appointment. An invoice can be emailed through to you for your records.

We accept cash, Tap-to-pay and internet payments on the day

Online appointments: advance payment by internet banking is made when you book.

Herbal Prescriptions: Repeat prescriptions are paid in advance online. They can be picked up or couriered out to you.

In this instance, with respect to others, it might be best if you stayed home and I can send you out some medicines to help with your recovery. We can do a phone/online consult if you’re up to it, or reschedule your appointment to a later date.

Please let us know the day before if possible. 

If, as sometimes happens, you didn’t feel sick until the morning of your appointment, just send me an email and let me know, I’d rather you rested up than drag yourself out to see me!

Repeat prescriptions are paid in advance online (unless otherwise arranged). Your bill will be emailed through to you once order is confirmed.

The best way to order a repeat is to email me and we’ll organise that for you. Straightforward repeats will be ready for you within the week. Other arrangements can be made for those who don't use email or internet. 

Repeat Prescription Cycle: 

1. Email your orders through by Friday 5pm*
2. Ready for dispatch Wednesday morning

*Those ordered before Friday 5pm will receive priority. However, we will do our best to fill those received up to Monday 12pm for that week, but depends how busy we are.

Payment: advance payment is required on receipt of invoice which is emailed through to you

Pickups or deliveries go out on Wednesdays.

Urgents & acutes: If you require something straight away, such as treatment for an urgent injury or infection, we'll endeavour to send out to you same day.

Special supplements: those not kept on the shelf are ordered at the beginning of each month. To avoid a courier fee, let me know when you're low so I can add yours to my order freight free. 

Custom made orders such as specialty cream, pessaries or suppositories will take longer as they need to be queued in the manufacturing schedule.

We would much rather you to come and see us so you can receive the care and attention quality herbal medicine requires! Our patients also receive reduced prices for many products.
